These boards are Cedar colour. In comparison to timber decking, dino boards offer several long-term benefits, including anti-fade, anti-splinter, anti-slip and anti-rot. We like to refer to these benefits as the ‘4 A’s’. Composite decking, in general, requires little to no maintenance due to the anti-rot and anti-fade qualities, because of this the end user benefits by saving every year over standard wood products. Dino decking boards are also environmentally friendly, this statement is backed by our FSC and REACH certified product. Covered by a 15-year warranty, Dino Decking is a brand to trust.
All dino composite decking boards are constructed from 55% recycled wood, 40% HDPE and ~5% additives. The composition of Dino decking boards varies ever so slightly depending on the colour, this is due to a variable composition of additives being required to achieve the correct colour, however, compositions will only vary by a few percent.
All lengths are 2.2 meters long, however, can be easily cut with standard woodworking tools. Unlike timber boards, composite decking boards are not directly screwed into the lumber joists. Hidden fasteners screws are used instead. Installation can be done by a tradesman or confident end user, simply view our installation and maintenance guide.
